Although this event marked out on your social calendar is extremely exciting – what most young girls don’t realise is that from budgeting & selecting the perfect dress, to ensuring there is enough time for delivery & alterations (if necessary) – Prom can also be an extremely stressful time if you aren’t prepared ahead of time.
With the 2020 Prom Season looming nearer, the A&N Luxe Label team wish only for our customer’s to have a stress-free, convenient, & exciting shopping experience. In the hope of this, we have decided to share our top buying tips which are sure to answer a few questions you have about buying with us for the 2020 Prom Season.
It is never too early to start looking for your perfect prom dress.
Start by having a budget in mind & doing your research on our gowns – whether it is via our online-store or instagram page @anluxelabel. Our social media team do provide amazing BTS videos & customer photos which are sure to assist with your selection process.
We noticed during the 2019 Prom Season, girls were buying their prom dresses last minute without taking into consideration major factors such as production & delivery times. This, unfortunately, resulted in a few girls not being able to wear their dream dress to prom.
To avoid any unnecessary headaches, we do highly suggest buying your dress well in-advance to allow ample time for production, delivery, alterations/exchanges, & accessory shopping.
A&N Luxe Label is a made-to-order label which means that majority of our products are not physically held in-stock & not manufactured until a confirmed order is received.
Made-to-order allows us to be more resourceful, fashion forward & environmentally friendly as a business whilst simultaneously giving our customers EXACTLY what they want.
Our currently 2-3 weeks waiting time for production is 70% faster in comparison to our 4-8 weeks waiting time during prom season. This ultimately means if you order outside of peak season, you can receive your gown as soon as possible and have it ready for alterations & accessory shopping well in-advance to prom.
We have recently implemented a production calendar via our online-store which will appear on the product page for the made-to-order item you wish to purchase. The estimated delivery date shown must be agreed to via a tick box before clicking the ‘Add to Cart’ button. This is intended to create a transparent, stress-free and easy shopping experience.

If you’re hoping to buy in-advance to prom, but payment is an issue, we suggest asking our customer service team about one of our ‘buy now & pay later’ options.
We offer 3 different payment instalment plans including AfterPay (AU & NZ), ZipPay (AU Only), & Sezzle (USA). These instalment plans split your payment into smaller interest free payments in the hope to take away some of that financial stress during prom preparations.
We understand that some girls may receive a last minute prom invitation, making our made-to-order productions times unrealistic. For your last minute needs, we have created a Ready to Wear Collection that narrows down which dresses are available in-stock & ready for shipping.
We do also at times hold quantities of the A&N Luxe Label made-to-order gowns in-stock (due to either high-demand for a particular style or a customer return). Please contact info@anofficial.com to see if your size is available.
